DELIVERY TIME AND TRACKING
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number on the status of your order as well as a tracking number from Canada Post. All of our orders are shipped by Canada Post using the Expedited Parcel method to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
Ground delivery (5 working days). Note that this delay could be longer for remote areas.
Please note that Naturehike Group Inc. only delivers in Canada. All orders placed online to a delivery address located outside of Canada will be automatically cancelled.
ORDER ERROR OR DEFECT
Your merchandise has been carefully checked and packaged before leaving our warehouse. However, if you have received your order in bad condition or if we have made an error in the preparation of your order, please contact us via contact us within 7 days of receipt of the package and our customer service will take care of your request.
If you are not satisfied with the color, size, or if the product simply does not fit, an amount of $9.99 + taxes will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return. Please contact us through the contact us link. Our customer service will provide you with the necessary information to proceed with your return.
