DEADLINES AND FOLLOW-UP
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email including a tracking number on its delivery status as well as a Canada Post tracking number. All of our orders are sent by Canada Post using the expedited parcel method in order to offer you fast and efficient delivery.
Ground delivery (5 business days). Note that this delay could be longer for remote areas.
It should be noted that it is possible that we have to send your order in several packages so that you can receive your items as soon as possible.
Note that Groupe Naturehike inc. ships only in Canada. All orders placed online to a delivery address outside of Canada will be automatically cancelled.
Please note that Groupe Naturehike inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
A flat fee of $10.00 will apply for orders with a total amount before taxes of less than $49*. When the order is over $49 before taxes, delivery of the order will be free for the consumer.
Please note that higher shipping charges may apply in the following situations;
You live in a region that the carrier considers remote or difficult to reach (Example: Îles de la Madeleine, Kuujjuaq).
Some large or heavy products are considered oversized and have a flat oversize fee for each product category. Oversize charges are calculated per oversized item.
*Free shipping does not apply to oversized items and deliveries to remote areas.
Please note that during major events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day Sale, etc. it is possible that the processing time for orders placed online may be slightly affected.
That said, during this period, a handling time of 3 to 4 business days is added to the usual delivery time (excluding weekends and holidays). We thank you for your understanding.
