Delivery and transport


As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number on the status of your order as well as a tracking number from Canada Post. All of our orders are shipped by Canada Post using the Expedited Parcel method to ensure fast and efficient delivery.

Ground delivery (5 working days). Please note that this delay could be longer for remote areas.

Please note that it is possible that we may have to send your order in several packages so that you can receive your items as soon as possible.

Please note that Naturehike Group Inc. only ships to Canada. All orders placed online to a delivery address located outside of Canada will be automatically cancelled.

Please note that Naturehike Group inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


A flat fee of 10.00$ will be applied for orders with a total amount before taxes of less than 75$*. When the order is over 75$ before taxes, the delivery of the order will be free for the consumer.

Please note that higher shipping charges may apply in the following situations;

You live in a region that the carrier considers remote or difficult to reach (Example: Magdalen Islands, Kuujjuaq).

Some large or heavy products are considered oversized and have a fixed oversize charge for each product category. Oversize charges are calculated per oversized item.

*Free shipping does not apply to oversized items and remote deliveries.


Please note that during major events such as Crazy Friday, Cyber Monday, Post-Christmas Sale, etc., it is possible that the processing time for orders placed online may be slightly affected.

That said, during this period, a handling delay of 3 to 4 business days is added to the usual delivery time (excluding weekends and holidays). We thank you for your understanding.
